Description & Services

Information The Ron MacKay Memorial Youth Band Society is hosted in three schools: Valley Elementary, Redcliff Middle School and Bible Hill Junior High and is open to children from grades 3 to 9.
  • The band at Valley Elementary is open to its students from grades 3 and 4.
  • Children in grade 4 who attend other elementary schools in the area are welcome to play at Redcliff Middle School. The band hosted in Redcliff Middle School is also open to students who attend the school.
  • The band at Bible Hill Junior High is open to its students.
The bands include instruction in most woodwind and brass instruments, percussion and bass guitar.
Eligibility Grade 3 to grade 9 students.
Dates Ron MacKay Memorial Youth Band Society is offering their Summer Band Camps again this year for students entering Grades 3 and up. All camps are half day camps the week of August 28th 2017.
