Information | The Kids’ Run Club is offering a girls-only program for schools at junior and senior high levels. Benefits of a girls-only running program ~ Increased confidence: Increased confidence and comfort in active abilities, translating to increased interest in being active and general self-confidence. ~ Non-competitive fun: Focused on fun, personal achievement and the non-competitive nature of running which encourages physically activity into adulthood. ~ Positive body image: An opportunity to address issues such as self-esteem and positive body image that are specific to girls.
